About this Event
Join, founder of MindFull Healing Collective, licensed psychotherapist, and 500-hour certified yoga instructor (trauma-informed), for an intimate small group experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and arrive more fully in yourself.
This is yoga as a gift to yourself. Unhurried, grounding, and held in one of the most beautiful private spaces in the area.
What We'll Do:
Gentle Movement & Breathwork (40 min): Slow, accessible yoga to settle into your body and release what you're carrying.
Guided Reflection & Journaling (10 min): A single, simple prompt to help you connect inward. No experience necessary. Just your willingness to be present.
Open Connection & Light Nourishment (10 min): Juice, water, fresh fruit, and a moment to breathe before you head into the rest of your day.
What to Bring:
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Yoga mat or towel (optional)
- Journal and pen
- Refillable water bottle
Light refreshments provided. This includes dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan options.
Space is limited to 8 guests. This is an intimate, intentional experience — not a drop-in studio class.
