In this Event:
Breathwork is more than just breathing, it is an active, efficient, and effective technique that allows you to disconnect from the thinking mind and enter a different state of consciousness. Our breath offers us the regenerative power to restore what has been wounded or is inactive within us.
In this guided Breathwork Circle, you’ll be invited to lie down comfortably while being gently led through a structured breathing practice designed to support emotional release, insight, and nervous system regulation. Many people experience a sense of deep relaxation, clarity, emotional movement, or connection during breathwork. Each experience is unique and unfolds at its own pace.
This is not about “doing it right.” It’s about allowing your breath to guide you inward in a safe, supported space.
What to expect:
- A grounding introduction and intention-setting
- A guided breathwork journey led at a steady, supportive pace
- Time to rest, integrate, and gently return before closing
- A calm, welcoming environment where you’re encouraged to listen to your body
What to bring:
- A yoga or exercise mat (you will be lying down)
- A blanket for comfort
- A pillow or eye mask if desired
- Comfortable clothing
This workshop is ideal for anyone who:
- Feels mentally or emotionally “stuck”
- Wants to reconnect with their body and breath
- Is curious about breathwork as a wellness practice
- Is seeking a deeper sense of calm, clarity, or emotional release
No prior breathwork experience is needed, just a willingness to show up and breathe.
About the Trish:
Trish Brewer is a certified trauma-informed breathwork coach, Reiki Master Teacher, and Practitioner. She helps individuals committed to deep inner healing transform their lives by releasing trauma, reducing stress, and reconnecting with their authentic selves.
Her sessions are sensitively designed to anticipate the messy and unexpected aspects of the healing process, acknowledging both the light and the dark and witnessing the beauty along the way.
She’s a co-author of Hot Mess to Hot Mom: Transformational Tools for Thriving After Childbirth and Beyond and We Lead Volume 2, Building Connection, Community, and Collaboration for Women in Business, and 100 Poems and Possibilities for Healing Volume 2.

She sees herself as a lifelong student.
Please Note: Breathwork and Reiki can stir up deep emotions with the intention of lightening things up for you, but it can also be a lot to navigate. It is always my intention to create nurturing and compassionate space.
