spring arrives at the exact moment when day and night hold equal space—a perfect balance before light begins to expand. this year, we're gathering to honor that threshold with a full day retreat at the shala, inviting you to shed winter's heaviness and welcome what wants to emerge.we'll flow through slow, intentional movement, work with the breath to release stagnation, journey inward through meditation and reflection, and rest deeply in healing sound. each practice builds on the last, creating space for both the letting go and the welcoming in that this season asks of us.
lunch will be provided in the shala, giving you time to nourish yourself and connect with fellow yogis in this sacred container.
and because no celebration is complete without breaking bread together, we'll gather for an optional dinner out on the town afterward. it's the perfect way to close a day of transformation and step into spring with your community beside you.
