The full moon is always an incredibly potent time for magic, divination and spiritual practices of all kinds. The moon is connected to our feminine energy and moon dances have always been a big part of our ancestral rituals! Many moons ago tribes of ladies would align themselves to the natural rhythms of life, with dance, allowing themselves to feel the eternal “oneness”, ground themselves in the present moment and truly enjoy life’s magic!
Because full moons are the most illuminated phase of the moon, its celestial glow literally “sheds light” on whatever (or whoever) is no longer aligned with your future, giving you the opportunity to see things more clearly encouraging a sense of surrender, release and letting go with grace. ✨
Journey through your chakras under this full moon! Releasing and letting go trapped emotions & energy through a powerful movement practice and magic musical frequencies which also heal & align your chakra system!
We will begin with intentional setting, crystal meditation, chakra dancing moonology oracle cards, reflection , gratitude for what is & an ocean, moon chime soothing sound sound bath
