A slow paced one hour yoga class lit by fairy lights and candles. A fantastic class to take part in as we start to look inward during Autumn. The class will consist of a breathing practice followed by some wonderful slow stretches and ending in a deep relaxation.All levels and abilities are welcome to the class, from beginners to the more experienced
