Spend a relaxing Sunday onboard our floating sound sanctuary.

Starting with Gigi Sunshine Yoga flow, followed by visualisation and guided meditation, you'll be invited to slow down, reconnect, and come back to yourself. We'll be using the Capricorn Full Moon energy to let go of what is and what isn't working anymore. Enjoy a nourishing, healthy lunch before easing into an afternoon of breathwork, followed by a deeply restorative Gong Goddess Jo sound bath.
