The full moon often brings awareness — not just to what we feel, but to what we feel again and again.Many of our emotional responses move in patterns. Certain situations, relationships, or inner states can bring up familiar reactions — tension, withdrawal, frustration, self-doubt, or emotional intensity. These patterns aren’t signs that something is wrong. They’re signals. They show us where attention is being asked for.
This soundbath is an invitation to notice emotional patterns without analyzing, fixing, or reliving them.
Through sound, the nervous system is supported in settling. As the body relaxes, awareness can become more spacious, allowing emotional loops to soften and unwind naturally. What repeats doesn’t need to be forced away — it can be met, acknowledged, and gently released.
