Breathwork and Yoga with Tricia Sexton

Start your morning grounded, energized, and connected at Yoga & Breathwork at lululemon Fashion Place. This 60-minute guided experience will be led by certified breathwork coach Tricia Sexton and is designed to help you reset your nervous system, move mindfully, and cultivate intention for the day ahead.

The workshop will begin with a short community-building activity, followed by 20 minutes of gentle, all-levels yoga to awaken the body. You’ll then transition into 25 minutes of guided breathwork, offering space to release stress, deepen awareness, and reconnect with yourself.

After the workshop, attendees are invited to enjoy a private shopping hour from 9–10 am, featuring exclusive lululemon deals available only to event participants.
