So much of life is lived through roles — the one who holds it together, the caretaker, the achiever, the one who stays strong, the one who adapts.Over time, these roles can become so familiar that we forget they are ways of functioning, not who we are.
This soundbath is an invitation to rest beneath those roles.
Rather than examining or trying to change anything, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed, receptive state where identification can soften naturally. As the body settles and the nervous system calms, there’s often a sense of spaciousness — a remembering of the part of you that exists before roles, labels, or expectations.
The evening is not about letting go of responsibility or identity in your life. It’s about loosening the grip, even briefly, and reconnecting with the quieter, more essential sense of self underneath.
The soundbath will include:
Clear crystal singing bowls
Alchemy singing bowls
Seasonal chimes
Spacious time for stillness and integration
There is nothing to do, fix, or figure out. You’re welcome to simply lie down, listen, and allow whatever is ready to soften to do so in its own time.
This is a 90-minute experience designed to support rest, awareness, and gentle unhooking from habitual ways of being.
No prior experience is needed. This event is open to anyone curious about reconnecting with themselves beyond roles, identities, or self-concepts — even if only for a little while.
