Reiki Level 1 – First Level Class
Reiki Level 1 is the perfect starting point for anyone interested in energy healing, personal wellbeing, or developing a deeper sense of inner peace. This first level class introduces you to the foundations of Reiki, focusing on self-healing and learning to channel gentle, balancing energy through your hands.
In this course, you will learn:
