Kia Ora , welcome to my Full moon Ritual at The Yoga Space 🌕 5-8pm
A full moon ritual is a practise , typically performed around the time of the full moon, that involves intention setting, reflection and letting go. It's a time to acknowledge what has been accomplished since the last new moon, release what no longer serves, and prepare for the next lunar cycle. 🤍

I will be offering a Cacao ceremony, we will take some time to reflect our life and send our gratitude to Grandmother Selena 🤍 Then I will be guided you during an ecstatic dance to shake off the energy that needs to be released , have fun , and we will finish with a meditation which will include a collectif healing to ground ourself before the end of the event. ✨💃🏻🕺🏻✨
