Kia Ora, welcome to my Power yoga class every Tuesday between 10am to 11:30am at Frimley park , Hastings 🏋🏻‍♀️
Power yoga is a physically demanding, flowing style of yoga that emphasizes building strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. It's known for its dynamic and energetic sequences, often involving a faster pace and more challenging poses than traditional yoga styles. 🤸🏻‍♀️
Power yoga is a form of Vinyasa yoga, meaning it links breath with movement, but with a greater focus on building heat and stamina. 🔥 I will be hosting the class with some shamanic music , we will be starting the class like the others classes with a breath work exercise and finish the class with a meditation to calm down our energy before leaving . 🧘🏻‍♀️
I am asking nothing for the class. All levels welcome, I will offer different levels of exercises. 🤍
