I will be offering a Cacao ceremony, we will take some time to reflect our life and send our gratitude to Grandmother Selena 🤍 Then I will be guided you during breath work, a gentle Yin Yoga class , and a meditation which will include a collectif healing. It will be a pure moment of calmness and
introspection and letting go of things that no longer serve you, to make space to the new to come into your life and as well as acknowledging what you've achieved. ✨
