Join us at Taj Mahal Seattle for a Full Moon Sound Bath! We will also be featuring a sacred Cacao ceremony to open our hearts to the lessons the full moon has to offer.

As we reach this Capricorn full moon, know that this is not just any full moon. It occurs just days after the summer solstice. It arrives with the maximum warmth and light of summer, and is often associated with the themes of abundance, love, and fulfillment.

In Capricorn, the full moon asks us to find balance between our inner world, and our ambitions: we deepen our inner trust and self-worth by holding space for our limiting beliefs while learning to release them and dance with the shadows that make us who we are.

Let the vibrations of the crystal alchemy bowls, deep resonance gongs, drums, and chimes clear away the old with a radiant, celestial highlight that celebrates the season's bounty and vibrant energy.

During full moons, we release what has culminated, and create space for the new, higher quality vibrations coming our way. This will be a night filled with deep relaxation, heart-centered intentions, and a sonic journey to clear energy blockages and nourish the mind, body, and soul.

Yoga Mats, neck pillows, blankets, and water provided. Feel free to bring any additional blankets, pillows, bolsters, or other props to get the most cozy.

• No prior experience with sound baths needed, first-timers welcome!
• Plan for parking with nearby garages or lots, like Air Garage or Liberty Parking Lot
• Doors open at 6:45pm

• Duration ~60 minutes with safe space share afterward
