The Embodied Herbal

Spend your Wednesdays this summer sitting in deep connection with nervous system plant medicines.

Each week, we meet to spend time in deep relationship with single herbs. We will brew a fresh tea and sample a tincture of the herb of the week – sitting with plant medicine to gain experiential knowing.

Together we learn where the plant comes from, historical use across traditions, how to best make medicine from each herb, and really experience these plants in a tangible, authentic way.

You'll write your own monograph (a personal field note on the herb) with the framework provided, then go home with a small bottle of the herb to sit with through the week and come back to reflect with.

ALL 5 WEDNESDAYS IN JULY 6-8:00pm at Original Qi in Ballard

What to bring:

· A notebook and pen/pencil for your monographs

· A reusable cup

What's provided:

· Herbal tea & tincture each session

· Tincture and Loose tea to sit with through the week

· Guided instruction on writing your own monograph

· Light snacks (dinner not included)
