About this Event
This vibrant new space located on Seattle’s First Hill offers a variety of programs for people with memory loss and their families, accelerates collaboration and innovation among aligned partner organizations, and promotes dementia-friendly communities across the state. Spearheaded by the UW Memory and Brain Wellness Center, and with the support of founding partner the Frye Art Museum, the Memory Hub aims to redefine what it means to live with dementia!
Join us for a public tour:
1st Thursdays of every month, 11 – 11:30 a.m., through 2024!
Discover the programs and people that make up the Memory Hub, share your ideas for what else could happen in the space, and explore how you can be a part of it! Learn about the collaborators including UW Memory and Brain Wellness Center, the Frye Art Museum, the Alzheimer's Association, Washington State Chapter, Elderwise and Full Life Care. Following the tour, you're welcome to enjoy time in Maude's Garden (our specially designed memory garden), visit the Frye Art Museum next door, or make an appointment with our Memory Navigator to discuss memory loss resources and referrals. Each tour is limited to 12 people and will follow current UW COVID-19 guidelines. Masks and vaccination recommended.
The Memory Hub is located at 1021 Columbia St, next door to the Frye Art Museum. Limited parking available thanks to Murano Senior Living; directions will be provided.
