This is an intimate, in-person gathering where you can share stories, set intentions, and connect on a soulful level. Bring your energy, an open heart, and let's illuminate the mysteries of the moon together!

This sacred evening will include:

• All the magic of coming together in community
• Sharing circle- a space to be held
• Calming and grounding yin yoga sequence with aromatherapy oils
• Grounding breathwork and meditation
• Inspiring Astrological insight and moon rituals with special guest Astrologer Patrick Geary
• Guided Journaling practice
• Oracle card reading
• Extended savasana

Yoga in Hampstead studio is fully equipped with yoga mats and props. No need to bring anything other than a bottled water and please wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
