About the producer
We are delighted to welcome Elodie Signoret from Château Gigognan. Nestled in the heart of the Rhône, Gigognan is an estate where history is etched into the landscape, with roots stretching back to the 12th century. Today, it stands as a beacon of the region’s revival, blending storied tradition with a focused commitment to organic viticulture. Under Elodie’s guidance, the estate produces wines that capture the raw power of the Rhône sun. This is your chance to discover how she balances the intensity of Châteauneuf-du-Pape with the delicate nuances of the valley's diverse terroirs.
What to expect
After a welcome drink from the Loire, Elodie will guide you through the evening, taking you on a journey across five exceptional wines from the estate. You’ll experience the vibrancy of their Viognier and the storied complexity of their Clos du Roi - six glasses in total, all paired with a five-course seasonal menu prepared by our Executive Chef.
If you fall in love with the wines on the night, your ticket also includes a £40 voucher to redeem on the evening towards any case of six wines. Our team will be on hand to help you arrange your order.
