Fron Jane: My name is Jane Baker and I have been practicing yoga for 15 years now. I received my first 500 hour certification in 2018 and have continued my education ever since, most recently through Yoga Pod in Boulder. I teach an intermediate vinyasa with plenty of opportunities to level up or level down. I teach from the place of understanding that everybody is different and every body is different. I aim to help others find more ease, freedom, and strength in their bodies and minds.
