In this three-part series, we will explore the subtle yet profound effects of flower essences and vibrational sound journeying. By leaning into the song of the subtle, there emerges a more sustainable way to develop greater awareness in our everyday lives. By emphasizing our ability to root more deeply into the here-and-now, we can land more fully into our bodies, our internal world, and our energetic being.

With many healing circles emphasizing cathartic and peak experiences, there is a growing need for spaces of respite and integration. This series will provide a restorative community space for energetically sensitive beings, those digesting transpersonal and entheogenic experiences, and those seeking a gentle introduction to the world of plants and vibrational healing.

Laurel is an intuitive herbalist, flower essence practitioner, song weaver, and devotional poet dedicated to reweaving the body of Self with the body of Earth. Tyler has worked as integration coach and holistic counselor since 2016, specializing in somatic plant medicine integration & intention setting.
