Inspired by the Phoenix—the mythic bird that rises from its own ashes—we’ll explore the power of resilience and rebirth. How many times can a Phoenix rise? The power to rise again is limitless.
What to expect:
- Restful Relaxation through sound healing
- Gentle, optional activities to support balance and release
- Connection & reflection with fellow veteran
What to Bring:
Please bring your water, journal, pen, and whatever you need to lie or sit comfortably. We may have extras available—just reach out if you need one. If you’d like, you can also bring an eye cover.
About Your Guide
I’m Tara Tylicki, a holistic health practitioner with 27 years of global training across six continents. I’m deeply rooted in the legacy of my father, a Navy Captain & F-14 RIO. Asked to teach at Top Gun & turned it down for love of my Mom, though we still grew up flying Blue Skies!
I’m honored to offer this session in the generous space provided by Jen from San Diego Holistic Wellness, a dedicated holistic wellness advocate of over 30 years & 20 years as a paramedic. We recently connected and came together to support you.
