About this Event

Maternal Health Matters is partnering with Hennepin Healthcare Mobile Health to provide FREE physical check-ups for pregnant and postpartum mothers (up to 6 months postpartum).

  • Monday, June 22
  • Appointments available 8am–5pm
  • (1-hour appointment slots: 8am–12pm & 1pm–5pm)
  • Sabathani Community Center Parking Lot

This one-day clinic offers an opportunity to receive personalized care, ask questions, and access supportive health resources for both parent and baby.


What’s Included
  • General pregnancy and postpartum physical check-ups
  • Maternal wellness support and health guidance
  • Opportunities to ask health-related questions
  • Birth control options for postpartum mothers upon request (excluding IUDs)

Healthy Baby Kits Available

Approximately 40–50 healthy baby kits will also be distributed to community members while supplies last. Even if appointment slots become full, community members are still welcome to stop by, receive a baby kit, and learn more about Maternal Health Matters.


Eligibility Requirements

This clinic is open to:

  • Pregnant people
  • Postpartum people up to 6 months after giving birth

Participants must:

  • Currently receive care through Hennepin Health and/or have given birth at HCMC
  • Provide proof of healthcare insurance

Registration Information

Only 8 appointment spots are available.

Please register by Sunday, June 14 to secure your appointment.
