Join us for a hands-on class where you’ll:

• Learn to make delicious, nutritious smoothies
• Discover the health benefits of each ingredient—for you and your baby
• Follow along with the instructor and enjoy your own creation
• Connect with other expectant and new parents in a welcoming, supportive space

Attend four classes in a row and receive a brand-new blender so you can keep the goodness going at home!

Led by Joyce McGee-Brown, Community Nutrition Educator with the University of Minnesota Extension Program.

This class is open to all but is thoughtfully designed for Black birthing individuals – including expecting and new parents – as part of Sabathani’s program.

New Registration Policy: Please register at least 1 hour before the event starts – preregistration closes at that time. To hold your spot, please arrive within 15 minutes of the event start time.
