Fourth Annual Mental Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace Symposium
About this Event
NAMI Minnesota Fourth Annual Mental Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace Symposium presented by Gallagher.
Employees are asking for increased support and more opportunities to learn about and support mental health in the workplace. Whether it be stressors at home, in the workplace, in our communities, or even more broadly, employees are overwhelmed. How can workplaces meet this moment and support employee wellbeing through challenging times?
We invite business leaders, managers, employees, job seekers, and those interested in supporting workplace mental health to attend the NAMI Minnesota Fourth Annual Mental Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace Symposium presented by Gallagher.
Join us to explore workplace wellness through equity, skill-building, and connection.
You'll leave with:
- A better understanding of how chronic stress and burnout affect the nervous system.
- Practical tools to interrupt the stress cycle and respond with greater awareness and resilience.
- Simple practices you can begin using that very same day.
Gather with us for networking opportunities and a presentation focused on practical tools and skill-building to center workplace mental health, wellbeing, and self-care.
This year’s symposium will energize participants and inspire them to support themselves and others in new ways. This event sold out last year, purchase your ticket today!
