About this Event
Forest Bathing is a slow, guided moving meditation designed to help you step out of mental noise and into embodied presence through intentional sensory awareness in nature.
Rather than a hike or workout, this experience invites you to move gently, pause often, and engage all of your senses - sight, touch, sound, smell, breath, and subtle movement.
Through simple prompts and spacious silence, you’ll be guided to notice light, texture, temperature, and your own internal rhythms as you walk.
This practice is deeply grounding and restorative, supporting nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and a felt sense of calm. There is no performance, no fitness level required, and no pressure to participate in any particular way — you are welcome exactly as you are.
We will meet in either Pacific Spirit Regional Park or Stanley Park, depending on the session.
Rain or Shine.
