About the Coach, Joanie Caron (Altius Velo)

Joanie is an Olympian, former professional cyclist, and founder of Altius Velo, where she coaches athletes at all levels. Known for her approachable, high‑performance coaching style, she excels at making complex tactical concepts feel clear, practical, and actionable.

A Vancouver‑based womxn’s cycling team committed to community, performance, and athlete development. Members from Ruckus Racing will ride out with you and be at the session to support and share experiences.
