EXPERIENCE THE HAPPINESS AND INNER PEACE OF YOGA SOUND.LEARN SIMPLE, ENJOYABLE AND EFFECTIVE MEDITATION TECHNIQUES USING SACRED MANTRAS.

All of you who already attended our 1st Mantra Meditation class are welcome to join our Meditation Session on October 27th 2024 - 11.15am till 12.45pm

The meeting will last for at least 1 hour and we will be practising mantra meditation techniques that you were able to learn already.
