This monthly event is a gentle journey where partipants will experience Nidra Yoga (also known as sleeping yoga), a deep, meditative practice designed to guide them into a state of profound rest and restoration.

A journey designed just for all women to reconnect with their inner selves, recover their vitality, and cleanse their auras. Through the powerful techniques of Nidra Yoga, breathwork, and guided reflection, you will be gently taught to reconnect with your feminine energy, fostering self-healing, emotional balance, and inner peace.
