About this Event
Flow + Sculpt + Sound
We begin by dropping in with sound, using vibration and breath to help quiet the noise, settle the mind, and create a sense of presence before movement begins. From there, we’ll move through grounding yoga to open the body and build awareness, followed by Pilates and sculpt-inspired movement to create strength, stability, and heat. We’ll transition into somatic movement practices designed to release tension, reconnect you to your body, and soften what you’ve been carrying.
We close with an immersive sound bath to help your system settle, integrate, and restore, leaving you feeling clearer, steadier, and more connected to yourself.
The movement portions will be led by Samantha Cohen. Samantha is a therapist, yoga and fitness instructor, and movement educator. With over 16 years of experience in the wellness and fitness space, her approach blends strength, mobility, mindfullness, and nervous system work to create movement that feels both powerful and restorative.
The Sound Healing portions will be facilitated by Lacey Cline, owner of Sacred Vibes Healing. Lacey is a Licensed Acupuncturist, Reiki Master and Sound Facilitator with over 13 years of experience in creating healing containers for individuals in both group and private settings. Her focus is centered around nervous system support, embodiment, integration and creating a soft supportive place for folks to land and be held.
