About this Event
Join us at Lady Madison from Feb 1 – March 1, 2026, for a one-of-a-kind culinary journey curated by Executive Chef David Nvodjo. Experience a special prix-fixe tasting menu that celebrates West African, American, and French influences, with each dish accompanied by a story from Chef David’s heritage. Highlights include Pan-Seared Seabass with Tomato Onion Vinaigrette, inspired by his aunt’s restaurant, Pauvre à Torte, and the cherished Chef Perfect Sandwich, a beloved family recipe.
Sip on 3–5 signature cocktails honoring influential Black icons, each paired with a card sharing the story behind the figure. Limited seating is available for the tasting menu; reservations are recommended.
Chef David Nvodjo brings nearly three decades of culinary expertise from Ghana, blending tradition with modern flair. He will be available for interviews to spotlight Lady Madison’s award-winning gastronomy.
