Feel Good Yoga Flow

Join me, Abi, for a morning of yoga, relaxation and rejuvenation in Highbury Fields at 11:00 AM. We'll meet at Highbury & Islington station at 10:45, before walking over to Highbury Fields (don't worry - it's only a 3 minute walk from the station). Attendees are also welcome to join me for a coffee afterwards.

We'll start with some fire, energising our Yang energy before winding down in the second part with a calming Yin sequence, ending the practice with a closing meditation. The perfect way to end the bank holiday weekend - unwinding and destressing together with a moving meditation whilst raising money for a good cause.

This is a charity yoga class that will cost £8 per person. All proceeds will go towards CoppaFeel UK, a youth-focused breast cancer awareness charity. Your donations will support them on their mission to stamp out the late diagnosis of breast cancer, by making sure that young people are regularly checking their bodies in order to have the confidence to see their GP if something doesn't feel normal.

No experience necessary, and all levels, genders, shapes and sizes are welcome - all you need is yourself! I encourage body positivity, inclusivity and self-love in all my classes - so just come as you are. Unfortunately, I can't provide mats for everyone so please bring one if you can.
