Exploring the Sacred in Nature
Nourish your mind, body and soul as we enter the autumn season in a beautiful ancient woodland in the heart of West Yorkshire.
Who is it for?
Open to anyone who is looking for a space to connect with mystery and explore our place within the natural world, embracing all understandings of the Sacred.
What to expect
The day will celebrate the harvest of autumn, the preperation for winter and a journey into rest.
Through a combination of guided embodied and creative practices the day will be paced to allow a slowing down - a restful pause to support you wherever you are at in life. With opportunities to explore our relationship with ourselves and the natural world we will offer rituals and intentions to incorporate the Sacred into everyday rhythms.
There will also be space for personal reflection and sharing together, along with lunch, hot drinks and cake.
Based at the wonderful NEET project, the day will take place both within their lovely indoor space as well as in the adjoining woodland and expansive allotment areas . We recommend lots of layers and waterproofs and a notebook for jotting down thoughts and ideas throughout the day.
