About this Event

Expand & Embody is a FREE outdoor yoga series rooted in the belief that yoga isn’t just something we do on the mat. It’s a practice that helps us move through life with greater awareness, resilience, and ease.

Each class explores a different theme through intentional movement, breath, and reflection, creating space to strengthen both the body and the nervous system. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, you’ll be guided through an experience designed to leave you feeling more grounded, more present, and more capable of meeting life beyond the mat.

Class 2: Feeling (Sacral Chakra)

Our second class explores the Sacral Chakra, the energy center associated with emotion, creativity, and flow. Together we’ll practice moving with curiosity rather than control, using breath and mindful movement to cultivate greater ease, emotional awareness, and adaptability. Just as water flows around obstacles, this practice invites us to soften where we’ve become rigid and reconnect with our natural capacity to move through life with flexibility and presence.

What to Expect

• A 60-minute all-levels yoga class
• Breath-centered movement
• Beginner-friendly instruction with modifications
• A welcoming and supportive community
• Time to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy practicing outdoors

• Yoga mat
• Water
• Comfortable clothing you can move in
• Sunscreen and/or a towel if desired
