Wind down with us under the open sky for a nourishing Sunset Soundbath—a monthly ritual to rest, restore, and reconnect.

Each session begins with light breathwork and gentle movement to ground the body. Then you’ll be guided into deep rest through the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sound healing instruments. Expect reduced stress, a reset for your nervous system, and a whole lot of peace.

• Bring a blanket or yoga mat
• Dress comfortably
• Come as you are—leave refreshed
• Class is offered in both Spanish + English

This is a free, public offering open to all. No experience necessary—just your presence and a willingness to rest.
