About this Event
The Harlem Family Wellness Suite presents:
Participants will receive information on breastfeeding and more as well as build community with on-site professionals that offer lactation support to our community. Other fun free activities throughout the day.
The day will include:
- Breastfeeding/ Lactation 101
- Mental Health and Wellness workshop
- Maternal Yoga
- Other community organizations and resources.
- Light Refreshment

La Sala de Bienestar Familiar de Harlem presenta: WIC-A-PALOOZA
