The Spring Equinox marks a sacred turning point in the natural year. It is the moment when light and darkness stand in perfect balance and life begins its return to the Earth. As nature awakens, our own energy systems are called to rise, reset, and realign with the forward movement of the season.

Equinox Awakening is a ceremonial, one-evening immersion designed to honor this powerful threshold. This experience invites you to consciously step out of winter’s inward energy and into clarity, vitality, and renewal.

The evening begins with a heart-opening cacao ceremony and equinox intention setting, followed by a grounding yoga practice to awaken the body and stabilize the nervous system. Guided breath work with Kundalini activation supports the awakening of life force energy, creating space for expansion and clarity.

A nourishing vegetarian meal follows, honoring food as medicine and supporting integration. The second half of the evening softens into deep restoration with a crystal sound bath and a sensory-deprivation Yoga Nidra meditation using noise-cancelling headphones and eye covers for maximum neurological and energetic benefit.

Herbal teas, seasonal elixirs, and intentional pauses support the integration of the experience. Each guest will receive a curated self-care goodie bag to continue working with the equinox energy beyond the evening.
