EVERY SUNDAYS WE OFFER A SPECIAL DEEP SOUND JOURNEY 60 MINUTES WITH 3 LARGE GONGS THEN WE TRANSITION WITH HARMONICA, FLUTE AND CHIMES .

YOU WILL ENJOY A RELAXING CUP OF BLUE LOTUS TEA TO INDUCE YOUR BODY INTO A DEEP RELAX STATE (OPTIONAL).

Info: You will be offered a cup of Egyptian Blue Lotus Tea upon your arrival. It is optional to consume it. Blue Lotus is a tea that will allow you to go deeper into your sound journey. There are no counter indications. We serve 4 ounces per person. If you purchase the regular yoga mat space at $33 you are invited to bring your own blanket and pillow for comfort. If you purchased the VIP floor mattress at $44 you will be provided a blanket and pillow. In both cases please bring your own water.

The practitioners play a variety of instruments, each emitting different frequencies that interact with your body. You might feel vibrations, experience deep relaxation, or enter a meditative state. We use large Gongs, Singing Crystal Bowls, Shamanic Flutes, Harmonica, Shamanic Drums & Chimes.

The session typically ends with softer sounds, like chimes or bells, allowing you to gently transition back to the present moment.
