About this Event

Elevating Inclusion: Shaping the Future of Business and Society

Join us for a thought-provoking and engaging EDI Symposium, marking the culmination of Cambridge Judge Business School’s Global EDI Forum events series. This flagship event brings together leaders, practitioners, and researchers from across the higher education sector and beyond to explore how we can meaningfully advance equality, diversity, and inclusion in organisations and society.

Through a series of interactive sessions, expert insights, and collaborative discussions, the symposium will focus on practical approaches to embedding inclusive practices and shaping future-facing institutions.

Be among the first to experience the soft launch of Cambridge Judge Business School’s forthcoming book, The Power of Inclusive Leadership: A Critical Perspective on Organisational Transformation, offering fresh insights into driving meaningful and lasting organisational change.

Event mode: Hybrid with in-person attendance at Cambridge Judge Business School.

Programme is subject to changes.

The event is hosted by the Cambridge Judge Global EDI Forum for Business Schools, led by Manaz Javaid, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Cambridge Judge Business School.
