💥 Σχετικά με τον Ecstatic Dance
Το Ecstatic Dance είναι ενας διαλοισμός μεσα απο τον χορό που ενθαρρύνει την ελευθερία και την έκφραση. Ελάτε μαζί μας και ζήστε έναν ασφαλή και εμπνευσμένο χώρο για χορό χωρίς λόγια, ουσίες ( αλκοόλ κτλ ) και χορεύοντας ξυπόλιτοι.
Πρόκειται για την αυτοέκφραση, την απελευθέρωση του σώματος και του μυαλού σας και τη σύνδεση με τον εαυτό σας και τους γύρω σας.
Το Ecstatic Dance δίνει τη δυνατότητα στους ανθρώπους από όλα τα κοινωνικά στρώματα να εκφράζονται ελεύθερα, ανεξάρτητα από το σχήμα, το μέγεθος ή το υπόβαθρο.

💥 Σχετικά με το From Separation to Unity (FSTU)
Από έναν θεραπευτικό χώρο εμπιστοσύνης, παρουσίας και ακινησίας, μεταφερόμαστε μέσα στην ατμόσφαιρα των ποιοτήτων, επανασυνδέομενοι με τις ποιοτητες μας και επιτρέποντας την απεριόριστη ροή της Αγάπης και της Αλήθειας που είναι πάντα στη διάθεσή μας.
Χρησιμοποιώντας την αναπνοή, την επίγνωση του σώματος και την ενέργεια της καρδιάς, θα εξερευνήσουμε την αρχαία τεχνική του βλέμματος στο αριστερό μάτι ενός άλλου συμμετέχοντα. Αυτή η απλή αλλά ισχυρή διαδικασία έχει ως αποτέλεσμα το φυσικό αποτέλεσμα της εμπειρίας της διάλυσης των αυτοεπιβαλλόμενων φραγμών που συνήθως δημιουργούν διαχωρισμό. Καθώς η άπειρη ροή της Αγάπης, της Αλήθειας και της Επίγνωσης επεκτείνεται, τότε μπορούμε να λάβουμε το δώρο της θεραπείας της καρδιάς.

💥 Σχετικά με το Singing Circle
Σε έναν κύκλο τραγουδιού, ενώνουμε τις φωνές μας, τραγουδώντας δυνατά, είναι κάτι άλλο από το να έχεις καλή φωνή. Το μόνο που έχει να κάνει είναι να βάλεις την εσωτερική σου δύναμη και την καρδιά σου, να υπογράψεις από το πνευματικό σου κέντρο για να εκφράσεις ευγνωμοσύνη, να συνδεθείς δυναμικά ο ένας με τον άλλον και τις μελωδίες, επιτρέποντας στην καρδιά να λάμψει!

💥 Σχετικά με τον Mridu
Ο Mridu είναι ο ιδρυτής της Ecstatic Radiance - Community Healing Movement. Οδηγεί σεμινάρια και ατομικές συνεδρίες που βοηθάνε τους ανθρώπους να δημιουργήσουν μια καλύτερη ζωή αλλά και να θεραπεύσουν τραύματα. Χρησιμοποιεί διάφορες τεχνικές όπως, την ενέργεια της καρδιάς(Αγάπη), βιοδυναμικές αναπνοές, χορό & συνειδητή κίνηση και άλλες
μεθόδους.
Το όραμά του είναι η ολιστική ανθρωπότητα όπου εμείς οι άνθρωποι μπορούμε να ζούμε & να φροντίζουμε τον εαυτό μας το περιβάλλον και τον συνάνθρωπο μέσα από σεβασμό, αγάπη και πάνω από όλα Ενσυνείδηση.

💥 Σχετικά με την Πολυξένη Ακλιδη
Η Πολυξένη έχει σπουδάσει θέατρο στο Εθνικό Σχολείο Βορείου Ελλάδος και είναι κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου από το Dartington College of Arts, έχει εργαστεί ως ηθοποιός για πολλά χρόνια. Έχει ταξιδέψει πολύ στην Ινδία και τη Βραζιλία. Ασκείται και διδάσκει Jivamukti γιόγκα και διαλογισμό. Η πρακτική της περιλαμβάνει το τραγούδι. Παίζει μουσική και μοιράζεται τραγούδια σε τελετουργικό πλαίσιο. Γράφει τα δικά της τραγούδια.

This simple yet powerful process results in the natural effect of experiencing the dissolving of self-imposed barriers that ordinarily create separation. As the infinite flow of Love, Truth and Awareness expands, you can then receive the gift of heart healing.

At a singing circle, we unite our voices, singing loud; it’s about something other than having a good voice. Mridu is the founder of Ecstatic Radiance - Community Healing Movement. She facilitates seminars and individual sessions that help people create a better life and heal traumas. He uses techniques such as Heart consciousness, biodynamic breathing, dance & conscious movement, and others.
His vision is holistic humanity where humans can live & take care of ourselves, the environment, and our fellow man through respect, love and above all, Consciousness.

❤️ About Polyxeni
Polyxeni has studied theater at the National School of Northern Greece and holds an MA from Dartington College of Arts, she has worked as an actress for many years. She has traveled extensively in India and Brazil. She practices and teaches Jivamukti yoga and meditation. Her practice includes singing. She plays music and shares songs in a ceremonial context. She writes her own songs.
