✨Rocket Yoga Athens & Angeliki Matopoulou celebrate 10 years since foundation and invite you at an amazing Rocket® Teacher Training 24-28 of October in Athens!This teacher training in Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, which specializes in Rocket® Vinyasa sequences, is designed to provide an accessible experience in Ashtanga Asana, Pranayama and Philosophy. Created by Larry Schultz with the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system as a base, Rocket & Ashtanga have deep similarities and obvious differences, and by combination of both practices students have a real opportunity to deepen their understanding of themselves.
We will cover the sequences of Rocket® I, Rocket® II and Rocket® III. These series were developed for practitioners to have access to the advanced positions of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th series Ashtanga Yoga. The vast majority of this training is focused on increasing the student’s ability to meet the positions of the series through the valuable strengthening techniques and drills offered by Larry Schultz and David Kyle’s teachings.
The practitioner will receive a 50-hour certificate. These hours can be used in the Yoga Alliance continuous training towards 500 hours of the “Progressive Ashtanga Yoga Professional Development Program”
