Freedom DANCE belongs to the family of conscious dancing and shares with all other styles the desire for authentic dance, we do not memorize other people's movements, we dance without stimulants (alcohol, drugs), we dance barefoot, we dance for ourselves, and do not organize demonstration performances.
But the difference is that includes guidance from the facilitator (as a guided meditation) who will bring us from opening to transformation an Freedom
Our facilitator Tanya Apet is a psychologist, art therapist, certified teacher of the freedomDANCE international school of meditation in dance.
