ΣΤΟΧΟΙ
Σε αυτό το εργαστήριο, σκοπεύω να δουλέψουμε από το σώμα των άλλων. Το σώμα ως ένα αρχείο για όλα όσα βιώνουμε, για όσα μπορούμε να έχουμε επίγνωση αλλά και για αυτά που δεν μπορούμε. Θα δουλέψουμε σε ζευγάρια και σε ομάδες και, με αυτόν τον τρόπο θα ήθελα να δώσω τα εργαλεία που χρειάζονται για να συνδεθούμε και να ακούσουμε το σώμα, από ένα σημείο δημιουργικότητας και παρατήρησης. Για να απομακρυνθούμε από όλα όσα νομίζουμε ότι γνωρίζουμε, να αφήσουμε την κριτική στάση και να ανοιχτούμε σε νέες δυνατότητες του δικού μας σώματος, νέες δυνατότητες κίνησης, ρυθμού και σύνδεσης με τον χώρο και με τους άλλους ανθρώπους. Στόχος είναι να δώσουμε προσοχή στην αφή, μια αίσθηση μέσω της οποίας μπορούμε να διεγείρουμε το σώμα, να επικοινωνήσουμε, να συνδεθούμε και να λάβουμε πληροφορίες με αμεσότητα και διαίσθηση, χωρίς να χρειάζεται να καταλάβουμε τι μας συμβαίνει.
Εξερευνώντας την επαφή και τη δουλειά σε ζευγάρια ή σε ομάδες, ως ένα εργαλείο για να ανακαλύψουμε νέες κινήσεις και σημεία που μπορούμε να φτάσουμε καθέν@ μέσω τ@ άλλ@.
Αυτό το εργαστήριο απευθύνεται σε χορευτές/τριες και άτομα που θέλουν να δουλέψουν την κίνηση, μέσα από νέες υφές και δυνατότητες στο σώμα τους.
ΠΕΡΙΕΧΟΜΕΝΟ
Προτείνω να ξεκινήσουμε το εργαστήριο με ασκήσεις προθέρμανσης σε ομάδα ή σε ζευγάρια, για να οδηγηθούμε σε μια κατάσταση ενσυνειδητότητας και να αφουγκραστούμε το σώμα, για να αφήσουμε σκέψεις και κρίσεις. Στη συνέχεια, το εργαστήριο αποτελείται από διαφορετικές ασκήσεις που χρησιμεύουν ως μεμονωμένα εργαλεία διερεύνησης εντός της ομάδας.
ΑΣΚΗΣΕΙΣ
Εξερεύνηση μέσω της αφής: Το άτομο, με κλειστά μάτια, λαμβάνει πληροφορίες από το ζευγάρι του μέσα από το άγγιγμα του χεριού και ολόκληρου του σώματος και απλά παρατηρεί τι του συμβαίνει και τις διαισθητικές αντιδράσεις του σώματος. Το άτομο που δίνει τις πληροφορίες εξερευνά διαφορετικές ποιότητες της αφής, αγγίζοντας με διαφορετικές προθέσεις και υφές.
Διαχωρισμός σε ζευγάρια: Προτείνεται η δουλειά σε ζευγάρια. Δουλεύουμε με την αφή και την ιδιοδεκτικότητα σε συνεχή κίνηση, προσπαθώντας να μεταφέρουμε την κίνηση από ένα αρχικό σημείο στο υπόλοιπο σώμα. Ένα σημείο δρα ως γενεσιουργός δύναμη της κίνησης ολόκληρου του σώματος σε σύνδεση. Η προτεινόμενη κίνηση θα ξεκινήσει από τα πέλματα, τα γόνατα, τον κορμό, το κεφάλι, τους γοφούς για να καταλήξει στον χειρισμό ολόκληρου του χεριού προς το υπόλοιπο σώμα. Ανοίγουμε την πλάτη και αισθανόμαστε ολόκληρο το σώμα να είναι διαθέσιμο σε μια αποσυνδεδεμένη κίνηση που δεν περνά από συνειδητή απόφαση αλλά από τη δράση.
Ρευστά σώματα: Προτείνεται η δουλειά αρχικά σε ζευγάρια και μετά σόλο και ομαδικά, όπου χρησιμοποιούμε ένα παιχνίδι κίνησης ή χειρισμού προς το άλλο άτομο. Ξεκινάμε από το συναίσθημα και την παρατήρηση, απορροφώντας την κίνηση από τα εκφραστικά όρια του σώματός μας μέχρι να φτάσουμε σε μια κοινή χορογραφία με μια βασική υφή, η οποία δεν ανήκει σε κανένα σώμα αλλά σε όλα ταυτόχρονα, ως γλώσσα επικοινωνίας μεταξύ τους.

Χειρισμός του σώματος: Μπορούμε να προσεγγίσουμε την άσκηση σε ζευγάρια ή σε ομάδες. Και οι δύο ρόλοι που διαδραματίζονται στην άσκηση είναι απαραίτητοι. Από τη μία πλευρά, το άτομο που χειρίζεται το σώμα μπορεί να εξερευνήσει τη λειτουργικότητα και τη μηχανικότητα του σώματος, το βάρος του, την κατασκευή του. Από την άλλη πλευρά, το άτομο που αποτελεί αντικείμενο του χειρισμού έχει την ευκαιρία να επιτρέψει σε νέες πληροφορίες και νέες συντονιστικές κινήσεις να γίνουν μέρος του συστήματός του. Μέσα από διαφορετικά στάδια, θα πειραματιστούμε με διαφορετικά επίπεδα έντασης στο σώμα.
Βλέμμα και επαφή: Προτείνεται η δουλειά σε ζευγάρια πάνω στον χώρο και την ακοή, με βάση στο βλέμμα και την επαφή.
Διαφορετικές προτάσεις θα επιτρέψουν διαφορετικά είδη αντίληψης:
- με το βλέμμα, δουλεύοντας χωρίς επαφή.
- δουλεύοντας με το βλέμμα και την επαφή.
- δουλεύοντας με την επαφή, χωρίς το βλέμμα.
- δουλεύοντας χωρίς το βλέμμα και χωρίς επαφή.
Ο ενδιάμεσος χώρος: Με αυτή την άσκηση θα ανοιχτούμε στον χώρο, με όλα τα εργαλεία που έχουμε βιώσει μέχρι στιγμής. Θα εστιάσουμε στην πυκνότητα του χώρου, του αέρα, σε όλα όσα βρίσκονται μεταξύ των σωμάτων, σε αυτόν τον ενδιάμεσο χώρο που δεν είναι κενός, απλώς και μόνο επειδή δεν μπορούμε να τον δούμε. Σε αυτή τη φάση, θα δουλέψουμε με τον αυτοσχεδιασμό και τη στιγμιαία σύνθεση, αφουγκραζόμενοι τον χώρο που κινεί το σώμα και τις αισθήσεις μας.
Στιγμιαία σύνθεση κινούμενων εικόνων: Προτείνεται η δουλειά σε ομάδες που ξεκινά από τη συνθετική δημιουργία στατικών εικόνων και την παρατήρησή τους, οδηγώντας τις σε κίνηση για να προτείνουμε τελικά μια σκηνική σύνθεση με εισόδους, αιωρήσεις, χορό, αποστάσεις, συνθέσεις και εξόδους.

(Αστούριες, 1979). Χορευτής σύγχρονου χορού, urban dance (break dance και house dance), με εμπειρία στο θέατρο, τις πολεμικές τέχνες, τις εικαστικές τέχνες και εκπαίδευση σε διάφορους τομείς. Σκηνοθέτης της χορευτικής σύνθεσης «coged las rosas mientras podáis», δεύτερη θέση στον Διεθνή Διαγωνισμό Χορογραφίας Burgos-NewYork 2015 στην κατηγορία Hip Hop. Χορευτής στην ομάδα House Dance «Humans of da red house». Εργάστηκε στην Όπερα Oviedo (Teatro Campoamor) για τρία χρόνια. Σολίστ στο Φεστιβάλ της Βαρκελώνης Emerging Creation Festival NUNOFF 2015 και 2019. Περφόρμερ στις όπερες Οθέλος, Τουραντότ και Τραβιάτα στο Φεστιβάλ Castell de Peralada το 2015, 2016 και 2019. Χορογράφος και περφόρμερ λαογραφικών έργων στη χορευτική ομάδα bàron rat, που επιλέχθηκε για το Φεστιβάλ IX Festival de creació Emergent de Barcelona NUNOFF 2017. OBJECTIVES
With this workshop I propose to work from the body of the others. The body as an archive of everything we live, what we can be aware of and what we can’t. I would like, through the work with partner and
group work, to give tools to connect and listen to the body from a creative and observational place; to get out of everything we think we know, to let go of judgments and open ourselves to new possibilities of our own body, new possibilities of movement, rhythm and connection with the space and the others. The aim is to draw attention to touch, a sense through which we can stimulate the body, communicate, connect and receive information instantly and intuitively, without the need to understand what is happening to us.
Exploring contact and partner or group work as a tool to open up new movements and places we can reach through each other.
This workshop is aimed at dancers and all those who want to work on movement, bringing new textures and possibilities to their bodies.
CONTENTS
In this workshop I propose an initial phase of warm-up exercises in a group or with a partner to lead us to a state of mindfulness and physical listening, where we can let go of thoughts and judgements. Subsequently the workshop will be composed of different exercises that are offered as individual research tools within the group.
EXERCISES
Tactile exploration: a person with closed eyes receives information from a partner through the touch of the hand and the whole body and simply observes what happens to him/her and the intuitive reactions of the body. The person giving information explores different qualities of touch, touching with different intentions
and textures.
Duo dissociation: Proposal in duets. Work from touch and proprioception in continuous movement, trying to transfer the movement from an initial point to the rest of the body. A place as a generator of the movement of the whole body in connection. The proposal will go from the feet, knees, torso, head, hips to end in a manipulation of the arm to the rest of the body. Open the back and feel the whole body available in a dissociated movement that does not go through mental decision but through action.
Fluid bodies: A work proposal that goes from duo to solo and group using a game of movement or manipulation towards the other in which we will go from feeling and observing, absorbing the movement from the articulatory limits of our body until we reach a common dance in a central texture that belongs to none of the
bodies and to all of them at the same time as a language of communication between them.

Manipulation of a body: The exercise can be approached in pairs or in groups. Both roles played in the exercise are essential. On the one hand, the manipulator can explore the functionality and mechanicity of the body, its weight, its structure; on the other hand, the manipulated person has the opportunity to allow new
information and new co-ordinations to become part of their system. Going through different stages we will play with different levels of tension in the body.Looks and contacts: Proposal for a duo work on space and listening based on looking and contact.
Different proposals that will open up different types of perception:
- to look and non-contact work.
- work with the look and the contact.
- work with the contact and without the look.
- work without the look and without the contact.
Space in between: With this exercise we will open up, with all the tools previously experienced, to space. We will pay attention to the density of space, of air, to everything that is between the bodies, this intermediate space that is not empty just because we cannot see it. In this phase we will work with improvisation and instant composition, listening to space, which moves our bodies and our senses. Instant composition of moving frames: Group proposal that starts from the compositional generation of static pictures and their observation, taking them to movement to finally propose a scenic device of entrances, suspensions, dances, spaces, compositions and exits.
