Earth Heart Walk: A Free Forest Bath & Sound Healing Gathering

In a time when so much feels heavy and chaotic, we’re coming together in nature to reconnect, ground, and offer our prayers not only for ourselves, but for our planet.

This gathering is hosted by House of Vibration and Traci Mendez , with the intention of creating a safe, open space for reflection, presence, and collective healing.

• A sound bath facilitated by House of Vibration
• Time for prayer, intention, and stillness with the Earth
• A shared community altar to honor the land and our collective intentions

This is not a performance or workshop—it’s a remembering. A moment to slow down, breathe, and walk with the Earth rather than on it.

• A yoga mat or blanket
• Flowers, crystals, or meaningful items to place on the altar
• Crystals you’d like to recharge
• Water, sunscreen, and comfortable walking shoes

This gathering is FREE and donation-based.
There is no expectation to give—your presence and your prayers are enough.
