Through an energizing and empowering Pilates practice for all levels, a heart-centered Reiki circle, and an immersive sound bath, we’ll create space to soften, release, and reconnect with yourself. This experience is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and honor the most important relationship of all—the one you have with yourself.
