Circle, spiral and waves of embodied movement. A true community of students many of whom have been students of the practice for 10+ years. This growing class is a community of mover and shakers who like yoga, but love to dance and be free even more!
Embodiment, sweat, & pray with your whole body. Not Just yoga. Also conscious dance. (Like all of life is a conscious dance.)
We move slow, we dance hard, incorporating somatic practices & breathwork. We Also build heat and shake our yoga. …Drum Beats. Organica Tribal house music, Conscious dance & Flow. And a little intuitive sacred TWERK with sensual flow.

The Earth Goddess Yoga class you know and love. We spiral and body roll our asana. Based in vinyasa but with conscious dance, Tribal Organic House music, and real community, loving our bodies and each other.
