About this Event

Join us for a donation-based, all-levels yoga class in Bed-Stuy rooted in mindful movement, breath, and community. Classes are welcoming, thoughtfully paced, and designed to support real bodies and sustainable practice. We meet weekly at Herbert Von King Park, with an indoor location available during inclement weather. Location updates are shared by text or WhatsApp. No prior yoga experience is required.
