Every Wednesday morning on the Flex Field, join us for an invigorating and centering outdoor yoga session. With the sound of the East River in the background and the Manhattan skyline in view, this free class offers a serene start to the day. Please bring a mat.

With a background deeply rooted in dance, Mackenzie discovered her passion for teaching early in her career but decided to expand and diversify her offerings. Recognizing the transformative power of yoga, she delved into its principles and philosophy, becoming a certified instructor under the direction of Gabrielle Sulk.
In and beyond the studio, Mackenzie has organized workshops, masterclasses, and community events to foster creativity, connection, and growth within her community. Mackenzie’s impact as an educator extends far beyond the physical aspects of dance and yoga. She believes in nurturing the whole person, helping her students develop self-confidence, resilience, and a sense of joy in their practice.
