Join us for a warm, grounding 75-minute yoga practice that weaves together mindful movement, breathwork, and practical yoga philosophy. This is an all-levels, inclusive class where beginners feel supported and experienced practitioners find depth.

Each week, we explore a simple theme drawn from the Yoga Sutras, mind–body awareness, and the rhythms of the season. Expect thoughtful sequencing, clear anatomical cues, opportunities for challenge, and space for quiet inward focus.

Whether you're building heat during the colder months, reconnecting with your body after time away, or seeking a consistent Sunday ritual, this class welcomes you.
