Design Your Year: A 2.5h Journey of Clarity & Intention

This 2.5-hour workshop weaves movement, meditation, and coaching tools to help you reconnect with your inner power, clear your mind, and breathe yourself into aligned intention.

This is your space to slow down, reflect on what truly matters, and ignite the clarity and momentum you want to carry into 2026.

The Winter Solstice invites us to close a cycle and turn toward the light again, to release what no longer serves us and plant new seeds with faith, love, and inner strength. A symbolic moment of rebirth and transformation.

Together, we will:

• Reflect on the meaningful moments, challenges, and growth of 2025

• Celebrate what we appreciate and who we’ve become

• Connect to what we wish to receive and create in 2026

• Set clear, heartfelt affirmations and goals

• Let go of the old and open the door to the new with trust and positive energy
