THETA MEDITATION

We meet Wednesdays for a 45 minute meditation journey. The first part is guided and on the second you will apply the techniques yourself, sitting or laying down.

We provide tatami mats, meditation cushions and blankets.

Each session I will guide you to connecting with energy, grounding presence in the body and bringing awareness to energy around and within and bring it to the meditation's focus. You will be invited to use visualization or sensation perception to activate energetic connection and expansion.
